Toerin Kintner

Exceptional Children's Teacher

Toerin comes to Francine Delany with over 25 years of experience with children from birth to middle school in Buncombe County. Other than NC, she has lived in Virginia, New York City, Florida, and Guatemala. While living in Guatemala, she worked with Habitat for Humanity as an International Partner and gained many skills, including how to make a cement block to build a house and learning to speak Spanish.  In her free time she likes to hike, play with clay, and visit her adult children. Adventure and trying new things seem to be a theme of hers. She is excited to work in a new school known for its diversity, small size, and tight-knit community.
