We are excited to continue our partnership with Each One Teach One Through Food this year, a local non-profit dedicated to nourishing our community through entrepreneurship and culinary empowerment while alleviating hunger and fostering community well-being.
The E1T1 kitchen provides us with made-from-scratch meals every day. These delicious, nutritious, and kid-friendly lunches are $5.25 each. We will continue to offer Papa John’s pizza (cheese and pepperoni) on Fridays for $2.00 per slice.
Please submit your school lunch order by 10:00 AM on Monday before the week you want meals. For example, if you want to order for August 31-September 4, you must order by August 24. You may order ahead for the month, but orders must be placed by at least the week before.
NEW THIS YEAR – you will be able to order pizza for Friday lunches through the same online order form below! Please use the “Other” text option to enter what kind of pizza and how many slices. For last-minute orders, you must call Debbie in the office by 8:55 AM on Friday. Please send $2.00 per slice – cash, check, or Venmo (add 2%). Your student’s order and payment must be received by 9:00 AM each Friday or they will not receive pizza for lunch.
We want every child to be fed at school regardless of their household’s financial circumstances, and do not want the cost of lunch being a barrier for any of our students. If your student qualifies for free or reduced lunch, a meal (including Pizza Fridays) will be provided at no cost.
To determine eligibility, you must complete the 2026-2027 FDNSC Free & Reduced-Price School Meals Household Application and return it to the front office. You can find more information below. Each family can decide whether they’d like to order school lunch.
Please email Kaitlin (kaitlin@fdnsc.net) with any questions – here’s to a great year of healthy and accessible food options!
