Roslyn Clapp
Title I and Teacher Support Coordinator
Roslyn Clapp received her B.A. in psychology from Earlham College. She worked as a Title I teacher’s assistant in the Buncombe County and Orono, Maine school systems from 2001-2004. She decided to become a career teacher, working on her licensure and Master’s degree at the University of Maine. In 2006, she returned to the Asheville area and began teaching at Francine Delany, and received her National Boards certification in 2013. Roslyn has immense gratitude for all that she has learned professionally and personally from her students, the parents and her colleagues and mentors. She enjoys spending time in nature, a variety of sports, and sitting by the campfire with her family.
